ACCESS STATEMENT FOR LODGE 40

Milton and Sarah are committed to assuring the comfort of their guests to the best of their ability. Therefore this ‘access statement’ will help guests be informed with regards to their comfort when arriving at lodge 40.

PARKING – there is one allotted parking space at the reception area on the site, a second space can be purchased for £1 per day. All arrivals need to check in with reception in order to register their car.

ENTRANCE – there is a security gate to the lodges with code provided on arrival. A long sloped gravel pathway leads down to lodge 40. Four decked steps lead up to decked area, 2” decked step to the front door; 2” threshold onto vinyl flooring. Storage cupboard:

STORAGE CUPBOARD – contains iron, ironing board, Hoover, umbrella, drying racks, cleaning equipment, binoculars and games.

Gripper strip onto carpeted area and right into lounge/diner area.

LOUNGE/DINER – this has a table and six dining chairs, a bookcase, a leather sofa and two chairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and an electric coal effect fire, two double doors with 2” thresholds lead onto the decked area.

DECKED AREA – this has a table, six chairs, sun shade and sunken hot tub with cover. Two comfy chairs with footstool and coffee table.

From the lounge/diner there is a gripper strip onto the vinyl floor of the kitchen.

KITCHEN – this contains a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, carbon monoxide alarm, radio/CD player.

From the lounge/diner; back to the lobby area and right into:

TWIN ROOM 1 − two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Back to corridor and left to boiler cupboard: containing gas central heating boiler and small step ladder.

FAMILY BATHROOM – this has a tiled floor and walls, a large bath with overhead electric shower and shower screen, glass wash hand basin and low level WC.

TWIN ROOM 2 – two single beds, lamps, two nightstands, double mirrored wardrobe.

MASTER BED ROOM − double bed, two nightstands, lamps, vanity unit with chair and a frosted glass double wardrobe. Door to ensuite shower room with plumbed shower, basin and low level WC.
